So it may come as a surprise to learn that Canada is the world’s fourth-largest exporter of food and agriculture products. In fact, this country, known for picturesque landscapes and winter sports, is carving out a reputation for producing diverse and scrumptious food.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, in partnership with the food and agriculture industry, is showcasing products at Savour Canada events which feature world-class chefs from across Canada who prepare dishes so delicious they defy description.
